1-pound package refrigerator sugar cookie dough
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
9 ounces whipped topping
3/4 cup (or more, if desired) confectioner's sugar
fruit topping of choice
1). Press cookie dough onto greased baking sheet, spreading to fit. Bake using package directions. Cool to room temperature.
2). Combine cream cheese, whipped topping and confectioner's sugar in bowl; beat well. Spread over cooled cookie crust.
3). Top with fruit of choice--I opted for blueberries and strawberries because that's all I had available at the time, although originally I would add kiwis, grapes and bananas with the berries (it looks a lot more appetizing with more fruit!).
4). Chill until ready to serve.
