"Mine eyes have seen Thy salvation"
(Luke 2:30)

"Lord stamp my eyes with eternity!"
- Jonathan Edward

"For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones."

  2. Hello Cryslyn. So good to know you through your profile on the blogger. I also glad to stop by your blog "Cryslyn's Blog" and the post on it " Isaiah 57: 15". It is a beautiful revelation of who God is and the promise for the people with contrite and humble spirit that He would revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. Thank you for this very encouraging verse. Well I am encouraged to share with you an initiative which we have where we encourage young people as well as adults from the West to come to Mumbai, India on a short / long term mission trip to work with us in the slums of Mumbai among poorest of poor to share the good news of Jesus Christ and to give them new hope, life and future. I am in the Pastoral ministry for last 34yrs in this great city of Mumbai a city with a great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the broken hearted. We would love to have you come with your friends to work with us during your summer vacation to work with us in the slums of Mumbai. My email id is : dhwankhede(at)gmail(dot)com and my name is Diwakar Wankhede. Looking forward to hear from you very soon.
